Instructions
Grab a large pan with a lid.
Turn stovetop on high heat.
Add your coconut oil. Let coconut oil heat up and begin to sizzle for approximately 3 minutes.
Once oil is hot and sizzling, add your popcorn to pan.
Top kernels with sugar.
Place lid on. Shake pan to keep kernels moving while popcorn pops.
Remove from heat immediately after popping begins to slow.
Add salt.
Notes
Sugar burns easily, so make sure your oil is hot before adding popcorn and sugar; shake continually while popping, and remove immediately when popping slows to ensure kernels do not burn.
