Fast, easy Kettle Corn Prep:
First, grab a large pan with a lid. I use this nonstick pan. Turn stovetop on high heat. Add your coconut oil. I use this brand from Amazon for price and convenience. Let coconut oil heat up and begin to sizzle for approximately 3 minutes. Once oil is hot and sizzling, add your popcorn to pan. Top kernels with sugar. Place on lid. Shake pan to keep kernels moving while popcorn pops. Remove from heat immediately after popping begins to slow. Add salt. Devour. Can be stored in an air tight container to keep fresh.
