What is the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy living?
Hey, friends! I recently just completed the Arbonne 30 Days to healthy living as an attempt to naturally correct some health problems. You can read all about my personal experience with the 30 day challenge and how it significantly impacted my health for the better here. But first, here is a brief overview of what exactly the 30 Days to Healthy Living entails.
What is the 30 Days?
It’s a Mayo Clinic reviewed program that focuses on whole, clean foods as well as Arbonne products to help support you through the 30 days. The Healthy Living Challenge allows your body to more readily rid itself of toxins. During the program, you remove common irritants and allergens and reduce acidic food intake. It also includes low glycemic foods to help balance blood sugar. You then slowly reintroduce the eliminated foods back into your diet after the 30 days to see which foods work specifically for your body.
When you sign up for the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living, you receive a fit kit with a host of products to support you during your 30 days and become added to a challenge group. The private group offers recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, information, motivation, and accountability. You are able to pose questions, concerns, and victories to the group as a whole or privately with your personal Arbonne Consultant.
Foods you eliminate:
Common allergens: Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Peanuts. Acidic foods: Vinegars except apple cider vinegar, coffee, pop. Highly addictive foods: processed foods, sugar, alcohol.

I love hearing your experience with it! We’re you challenged at all prepping meals for you that your family could eat too?
Oh, thank you!! Not usually. While I’ve been striving for cleaner eating over the last few years, I’ve found it easiest to take what we usually eat and modify. So zoodles for me instead of noodles, or brown rice pasta. Taco meat and fixings (minus the cheese) on lettuce instead of a tortilla. Grilled meat + a veggie is am easy favorite around here. There are a few times it gets harder, but overall, take what you already eat and see what tweaks it needs to fit into this way of eating.
