Above Ground Pool Workout: Free Printable
Hey, friends! I’m excited to share my above ground pool workout plus free printable with you! Summer is in full swing here, which means we are living in the pool (you can check out my top summer pool must haves here). Which also means that anything not able to be accomplished poolside, often gets pushed to the backburner. I am making a conscious effort to recommit to regular workouts after a break due to health issues, so incorporating water aerobics is an awesome way to get my workout in and still hang by the pool!
This above ground pool workout can take anywhere from 25-40 minutes depending on your level of fitness. It’s a low impact, cardio workout that can be modified to meet any of your personal needs. And needs no equipment.
